By submitting this assessment, you authorise Dimensions Projects Pty Ltd to collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for the purpose of providing project and finance assessment services.

Your information may be shared with relevant consultants, brokers, lenders, and third-party service providers only as necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

We will handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Specifically:

1. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of assessing your finance health and project readiness.
2. You have the right to access and correct any personal information we hold about you.
3. Your information will not be sold to third parties or used for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
4. We may use a credit reporting agency to verify certain information where relevant to your assessment.
5. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at jacob@dimensionsprojects.com.au.
6. All information provided is treated as strictly confidential.

I/We authorise WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd to:

• Act as my/our agent in seeking access to my/our consumer credit information file held by a credit reporting agency.
• Consent for our name/s, contact details and the purpose for which credit is sought to be passed onto the licensee or registered person of a registered finance broker.

Further to that I/we fully acknowledge and understand that WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd is requesting personal information from me/us regarding the following:

• Veda will disclose information to WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd about me/us for the purpose of conducting credit checks.
• WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd will furnish my/our personal information to Veda and that Veda will subsequently hold that information on a database and use it to provide their reporting service.
• WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd may use reporting in the future for purposes relating to credit provisions. This may also include using Veda's monitoring services to receive updates should any information held about me/us be amended or altered.

This authority only applies to enquiries made by WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd in connection with:

• An application, or proposed application, by me/us for credit.

Please note:

1. Veda Advantage (NZ) Limited are also one of the intended recipients of the information.
2. WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd collects an individual's personal information for the purpose of ascertaining whether a client is eligible for a loan.
3. The purpose of collecting such information is to provide WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd with correct and accurate information to determine whether a client is eligible to apply for a loan, and whether it is feasible to further proceed with the application.
4. Should an applicant/s refuse to allow WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd to obtain credit information, WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd reserves the right to stop the application to purchase a home, as such refusal will not allow WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd to lodge a financial loan at any financial institution in Australia.
5. The applicant/s may contact Veda to access their personal credit information and if such information held is incorrect, they may require correction.
6. Credit check enquiries will be conducted by WOW Group (WA) Pty Ltd in Australia and where applicable in other jurisdictions such as New Zealand.
